The Independent Brokers of Spokane are once again planning their annual Christmas Party & Charity Auction event for December 5, 2024 at CenterPlace Regional Event Center. The event is a gathering of our members along with their spouses, family, and friends.

Most importantly, it is a chance for our members to give back to their community through bidding and purchasing donated items. This is where we need your help.

We are requesting a donation in the form of cash or an item representing your business to ensure this year’s success. Your name will appear in the program.

In 2023 we raised over $32,700 plus $250 for 2nd Harvest, thanks to the charitable donations we received and the loyal participation of the Independent Brokers of Spokane members and our guests.

INDIVIDUAL TICKET INCLUDES:

  1. Ticket for ONE PERSON to attend the Christmas Party & Charity Auction event.
  2. 1 drink ticket for the open bar.
  3. Lunch will be served buffet style: Details of food being served to follow.
  4. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis.

TABLE OF 8 TICKET INCLUDES:

  1. One table reservation for 8 PEOPLE to attend the Christmas Party & Charity Auction event.
  2. 8 drink tickets for the open bar (1 per person).
  3. Lunch will be served buffet style: Details of food to be served to follow
  4. Seating will be assigned. Table reservation will be marked based on group name/title provided (usually the company name).

TABLE OF 10 TICKET INCLUDES:

  1. One table reservation for 10 PEOPLE to attend the Christmas Party & Charity Auction event.
  2. 10 drink tickets for the open bar (1 per person).
  3. Lunch will be served buffet style: Details of food being served to follow.
  4. Seating will be assigned. Table reservation will be marked based on group name/title provided (usually the company name).
  5. IMPORTANT NOTE: The round tables comfortably seat 8 people. We are offering this “table for 10” option for those who don’t mind a “cozier fit” (aka: tighter fit) and would like to squeeze 10 versus 8 at their table. Availability of these tables of 10 will be very limited in # so reserve them early.

 

This event is open to ALL. The primary purpose of our event is to raise funds for our local charities

We ask that you please do ticket purchases via our website. This event is powered by volunteers and our online store greatly reduces work for our volunteers and helps streamline the registration process. However, we do want to accommodate those who can only pay by check. If paying by check:

Refund Policy: To receive full refund of ticket purchase(s) it must be requested by midnight on November 19, 2024. Cancellation request must be sent to AskUS@IBSpokane.com. Sponsorships are NON-Refundable.
