AUGUST 15TH, 2024 CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT

Are you corn to be wild? Then we’ve got the summer event for you to sink your bean bag into! Whether you are a returning bean bag tosser, spectator, or joining us for the first time, we’d love to see you at our 4th Annual Cornhole Tournament. We will be serving up games, prizes, breakfast, drinks, tunes by a live DJ, and bean bags full of fun!

This tournament is OPEN to ALL*. Don’t have to be an IB Member to attend. Just register. Attend. Have fun!

$75 Contestant Ticket Includes:

• Entry for ONE contestant in the Cornhole Tournament (NEW: Double Elimination)

• TWO drink tickets for the Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar
• Additional drinks will be available for purchase at the Full Bar
• Chance to win the Grand Prize
• Chance to win Gift Baskets by purchasing Raffle Tickets that will be sold only at the event. They will be $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.

How to Pair Up?

• The best option is for you to find someone to team up with. It can be… A spouse. A friend. A sibling. A neighbor. A client. Anyone that won’t get you shucked or skunked.
• If you don’t have a partner to play with, please send us an e-mail to AskUs@IBSpokane.com and we will do our best to assist you in pairing you up with another eager contestant.

Tournament & Event Details:

• NEW: Tournament will be double elimination.
• Cannot use your own bean bags. We will be providing bean bags at the event.
• Check-In begins at 8 AM. Tournament begins at 9 AM. Sharp. On the dot. Be sure to be there on time, if competing, or risk forfeiting your round if not there.
• Winning Team of the tournament wins: Cornhole Board Set
• Chance to win Gift Baskets by purchasing Raffle Tickets that will be sold only at the event. They will be $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.
• We will have a live DJ.
• Sponsorship opportunities are available. Please see below product link for details.
• Ticket sales cover costs of venue, breakfast, and drinks. Any and all net proceeds from our Cornhole Tournament goes toward our charities awarded year-end at our Christmas Party & Charity Auction.

Sponsorship Details:

• Ability to place signage at the event, set up a tent, a booth, and/or a table. Ability to hand out swag. (Please note, space will be provided, but tent/table/booth is on a bring your own basis.)
• Recognition in our newsletters.
• Recognition on IB website.
• Recognition on PA at the event.
• Sponsorship Submission Deadline: Wednesday, August 7th at Midnight.

Battle of the Gift Baskets:

• Donate a Gift Basket (one you’ve made or bought).
• These Gift Baskets will be raffled off at our event.
• Be sure to make yours or your company’s Gift Basket amazing as we will be voting based on best basket.
• The person/company that submits the best basket will win a PRIZE. (Attendance not required to win.)
• Raffle tickets will be sold only at the event and will be $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.
• Basket Submission Deadline: August 15th, 2024 by 8 AM (day of the event)
