2023 MAY MEETING | APPRAISER PANEL

Join us at our May 23rd meeting and hear from our appraiser panel led by Amy Chitwood and Randy Berg. They will be discussing how the new ANSI measuring standards affect the square footage of attics and basements on homes. They go over some of the changes coming from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with regards to loans not requiring an appraisal; loans that require a desktop appraisal; and loans that require a hybrid appraisal. They’ll also cover changes in the USPAP that are affecting appraisers.
