Online Payment: $515 includes a $15 online processing fee.
Payment by Check: $500 (no processing fee). Make $500 check payable to Independent Brokers and mail to IBSpokane c/o Homes4You, 9508 E 1st Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
Refund Policy: Sponsorships are NON REFUNDABLE.
All net proceeds from our Cornhole Tournament will go toward the local charities that we support and will be awarded at our 2025 Christmas Party & Charity Auction.
Tournament & Event Details:
- Tournament will be double elimination.
- Cannot use your own bean bags. We will be providing bean bags at the event.
- Max # of teams to compete: 36 teams
- We will have 18 boards that will be used for the competition.
- Check-In begins at 8 AM. Tournament begins at 9 AM. Sharp. On the dot. Be sure to be there on time, if competing, or risk forfeiting your round if not there.
- Winning Team of the tournament wins: Cornhole Board Set (one set per winning player)
- Chance to win Raffle Prizes by purchasing Raffle Tickets that will be sold only at the event. They will be $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.
- We will have a live DJ.

- Ticket sales cover costs of venue, equipment, breakfast, drinks, gratuity, tax, etc. Any and all net proceeds from our Cornhole Tournament goes toward our charities awarded year-end at our 2025 Christmas Party & Charity Auction.
